In good pre-owned condition, has some scuff marks, the tire holds air and the tire is 16 inches, I measured from the concrete to middle of the seat as its adjustable from 26.5 to 32.5,I didn't see any markings on it and not sure how old it is but the person I got it from said it's been in storage for awhile now and her kids didn't use it alot,please look at all photos for condition and description
