The Large Press System is designed to install headsets. The Press Body is machined from 6061-T651 Aluminum billet to exacting tolerances then anodized to decrease wear. The body is anodized a Matte Black. The ergonomic handles are machined from 300 series stainless steel. The Headset Press Adapters are designed specifically to install 1-1/8" & 1-1/2" Chris King & Cane Creek headset by properly applying pressure across the top of the bearing cup assembly which eliminates bearing damage during installation Head Tube Alignment Adapter Tool - A lot of mechanics press in one headset bearing assembly at a time. Well the first assembly is always the hardest because the headset tool just presses on the face of the head tube. So the alignment adapter centers the tool by registering inside the head tube. This tool fits 34mm (1-1/8), 44mm, 49mm and 56mm head tubes The 1/2” ACME Threaded Rod[s] are 12.0” (305mm) or 15.0” (380mm) in length. Please specify what length you want during checkout.
