They are designed to produce comfort and create a stable restraint on curved surfaces, such as a waist, or upper thigh mountings. Each loop comes pre-drilled with (2) 0.230" diameter mounting holes, perfect for 1/4" eyelets or mounting posts (sold separately).This model is the "unbranded" version and features a significant cost savings.
