This Genuine Remington Factory Magazine is Remington's 4th generation and last issue of it's upgraded 597 magazine. This improved 4th generation magazine works great. It has a Black Polymer Base with an Aluminum Alloy Body that has a Black Anti-Friction (Teflon-Type) Coating that helps reduce jams & misfeeds that was a problem in earlier generations and new reproductions.
